This KOA Campground should be held in the highest regard for cleanliness, helpfulness, and hospitality. It is among the top 3 of all campground we have seen. We will definitely revisit this home away from home! The grounds and its owners are tops!!!

The Gila National Forest is at our back door and that means lots of great mountain biking on forested mountain roads and trails.

We’ve got a lot of ideas on places to go. You can also bike right from the Silver City KOA to the Fort Bayard Wildlife Refuge only a mile away, which has non-motorized recreational trails. There are some fairly easy trails as well as technical routes. We can provide you with a map of these trails.
